Due to the passage of recent legislation, individuals are now able to wipe out or reduce child support welfare arrears owing to any county in the State of California.

We can help you wipe out or reduce a large portion of your child support arrears if you owe the arrears to any County in the State of California. Provided the child support arrears are owed to the county because the custodial parent/guardian was on welfare, they are subject to this program.

To qualify, you will need to provide your tax return for the most recent tax year, pay stubs for the last 12 months, and bank statement for the past 12 months.

This program is available only until mid-2008 and you should take advantage of it.
